Jan Harrison has been acting as an expert witness since 1985. She is a member of the Academy of Experts and Society of Expert Witnesses and is listed in the Law Society Directory of Expert Witnesses.
All our associates are currently in practice and are chosen, using rigorous selection procedures, for their experience and aptitude. All have received training in the relevant legal aspects of their work and recognise the necessary codes of practice for experts. And although court is a last resort, when it is unavoidable our associates remain calm and focused.

Associates meet for regular training days and, when appropriate, each member of the team can call upon the combined expertise of the whole group.
All our expert reports are peer-reviewed within the practice. This review process is part of a stringent system of quality control in which all our Associates participate.

Our reports are consistent, logical and concise in presentation.
When appropriate, reports can also include an Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS), which provides objective and standardised information for the Court on an individual's level of disability during activities. Other measures can be used where relevant.
