Projects led by professionals

Jan Harrison has been providing rehabilitation services for over two decades, including consultancy, case management, individual therapy and expert witness reports.

Mary Crawford, consultancy supervisor, has over 25 years' experience in health and social care.

Consultants carrying out consultancy work routinely have at least 10 years' experience in the health and social care sectors, many as senior managers. They work to an agreed project brief but will advise when change is necessary; provide an independent and objective view of a service within its organisational and political context; and recognise potential tensions and opportunities between the various political and professional agendas.

Every project is supervised by Mary Crawford, ensuring senior accountability.

How we work

If a client is not clear as to their precise requirement, we can help assess their needs and clarify a brief, by telephone, meeting, or reviewing documentation. The agreed brief forms the basis for our cost estimate which is submitted and agreed prior to the commencement of a contract for the project. We may, if appropriate, use consultants from other professions on a project - for example, physiotherapists, psychologists or speech and language professionals.

We present our findings usually as a written report and, if required, as a verbal presentation. We can also, if required, supervise implementation of the approved findings.

Projects are competitively costed and delivered to agreed timescales.
