We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our Catastrophic Case Management Company.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our Catastrophic Case Management Company. As the Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the clinical strategy, expanding our team of case managers, promoting our company, and overseeing the design and implementation of training programs. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our organization, as we strive to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the clinical strategy of the company.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in catastrophic case management to ensure our approach aligns with best practices.

Identify opportunities for improvement in our clinical processes and implement effective solutions.

 

Industry Champion:

Serve as a key representative and advocate for Harrison Associates within the catastrophic case management industry.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders

Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and other events to raise the company's profile and contribute to thought leadership.

 

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure clinical compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care and identify areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to case managers in complex cases, offering expertise and insights to facilitate effective decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (Neuro).
  • Current HCPC & NMC registration with a solid background in catastrophic case management.
  • Advanced BABICM registration (preferable)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing clinical strategies in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and represent the company effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a healthcare context.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and software systems for case management purposes.
